Established in 1986, A Clean City is an industry leader delivering a high quality service. Communication is our key – client concerns/queries are attended to in a timely manner – generally within the same day. They are dealt with by management and are guaranteed to be resolved – we care.

  • Providing specific in house training in our dedicated training facility, as well as on site training to ensure that requirements, methods and chemicals used are clearly understood.
  • Senior staff and/or management undertake site inspections of premises periodically to ensure a consistent high quality service is being delivered.

Communication

Maintaining open and accessible communication channels with our clients is paramount.

Every site has a detailed set of cleaning specifications which are developed and agreed with our clients to ensure they are aware what we will be doing and how frequently.

We are always available to our clients and can be contacted in the following ways:

  1. Our main office telephone number (02) 9550 2423 is a 24/7 communication line, which is answered any time of the day or night, by staff who can resolve any issue you may have.
  2. A communication book is placed at your premises to provide an avenue for communication with cleaning staff – they’re usually on site when you’re not.
  3. All client related emails are attended to by management and are dealt with promptly.
  4. We also communicate with you about any maintenance issues with your premises eg. leaking taps or blocked toilets.

Our communication policy means your requests, concerns or queries are dealt with by someone you know and trust and is familiar with your premises.

Security

You can be confident that your premises will never be left unsecured by A Clean City staff. The security of our client’s premises is treated with the utmost importance and we take a number of measures to ensure that security is never in question:

  • Cleaning staff are introduced to client personnel where possible.
  • Any keys, swipe cards or codes are recorded on our operating database and tagged with A Clean City key rings so we know what has been issued to us.
  • Our cleaning staff are trained on security protocol specific to particular sites and provided with checklists to fill out prior to leaving.
  • Our cleaners are instructed to communicate any issues to us through our 24/7 communication line and never to leave any premises unsecured.
  • Should there be a need, we will communicate with your security company immediately to resolve issues or communicate with you.

Whilst all efforts and precautions are taken, there are occasions where keys are lost. Our cleaning staff immediately report these events so matters can be resolved quickly.

Quality Control

A Clean City is committed to delivering consistent, high quality commercial cleaning services and we take a number of measures to ensure this.

These include:

  •  All our staff are employed by A Clean City. This ensures we maintain control over the service being delivered to our clients, and you are aware exactly who is on your premises at all times.
  • Development of site specific cleaning specifications which are communicated with cleaning staff, and are available on your premises in a cleaner’s room or similar.
  • Maintaining open communication between our management team and staff to ensure any minor issues are dealt with as and when they occur, and staff have necessary support.
  • Providing specific in house training in our dedicated training facility, as well as on site training to ensure that requirements, methods and chemicals used are clearly understood.
  • Maintaining a hands on approach – senior staff are on site with staff in the initial stages of services commencing to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Senior staff and/or management undertake site inspections of premises periodically to ensure a consistent high quality service is being delivered.
  • Development and use of uniform chemicals, equipment and leading technology to ensure our staff have the correct tools to complete the set tasks.
  • Setting up user friendly cleaner’s room to ensure our staff have all equipment and it is easily accessible and neatly stored.

We ensure our commercial cleaning services are delivered to the best possible standard, but we recognise small problems or concerns do occur from time to time. We make sure we address client concerns in a timely manner – generally within the same day. They are dealt with by management and are guaranteed to be resolved – we care.
